AND SO OUR JOURNEY DOWN MEMORY LANE BEGINS.......

One year ago today two excited, apprehensive (and I'm sure a bit scared) parents boarded a plane that would take them on the journey of a lifetime. Mimi doesn't really know what was on their minds as I haven't ever asked but I'm guessing it was very much what so many of those 'left behind' were thinking --- what will those little ones look like (of course they would be adorable :); how would they adapt to their new Mom and Dad, their new home, (to all of us!); what an experience a trip to China would be; and of course there would have been thoughts of those three little angels we all knew were watching over the whole process with BIG smiles on their little faces. And so the journey began ---- follow along as we revisit the days leading up to "Gotcha Day" and beyond. It's hard to believe it's been a year!
